Porsche's Panamera Turbo is no longer the top dog in the range, but that doesn't mean it's an also-ran.

The Turbo's 550-horsepower 4.0-liter turbocharged V8 is plenty to haul around the executive coupe's bulk.

Despite its size, the Panamera is still a Porsche and shows no fear of a twisty road.

The Panamera Turbo starts at around $150,000, but options will send it well north of that.

The Panamera Turbo package is also available in a more practical Sport Turismo trim.

The Panamera Turbo gets is now packing an eight-speed PDK gearbox, which is still among the best in its class.
